Returns Accepted for 30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Free Return Shipping: We believe in providing a seamless return experience for our valued customers. Therefore, we offer free return shipping for all eligible items within the 30-day return window. Please note that return shipping costs for non-eligible items, such as final sale items (see below for details), will be the responsibility of the customer.
No Restocking Fee: We want you to shop with confidence, and that's why we have a no-restocking fee policy. You will receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the returned items; no restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Certain products, such as final sale items, are not eligible for returns. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
